Our Story
A Legacy of Distinction
The story begins over 30 years ago, with the vision of our founder, Pavlos Pavlakis, whose strong commercial background, forward-thinking approach, and extensive experience pioneered the tourism industry in Ayia Napa. In 1972, the inaugural property of the collection, Nissi Beach Resort, marked the beginning, followed by the opening of Nissi Park in 1982, and Alion Beach Hotel in 1992. Over these decades, the founder strived to establish the core values of Cyprus hospitality by adopting a company culture that embraces the staff as family.
The main goal of the company is to deliver a high-quality product, while curating a welcoming environment that feels like ‘home away from home’ in the words of our founder.
